At PANIKPANIK we are responsible for the shipment, which means that the product is shipped directly from us.

Our estimated delivery time is between 4-7 business days with PostNord. 

Yes you have to pay VAT through the shop, but you can apply for VAT refunds afterwards in Greenland.

Yes, by special request

Not at the moment. As soon as the greenlandic goldmine is up and running again, we will be casting all the products in gold also.

Returns and exchanges

The Purchasing Act's deficiency rules may apply to goods purchases.

 

As a consumer, you have 24 months of warranty right from the date you receive the package. This allows you to have the product exchanged, discounted in the price or the amount credited back to your account.

 

The right of complaint can be used in case the product breaks down. However, if the defect is self-inflicted or caused by wear and tear, there will be nothing to cover the product.

 

You must advertise within a "reasonable time" after you discover the defect in the item. If you advertise within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

 

If the complaint is justified, we will reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be shipped back in proper packaging and remember to get a receipt for shipping so we can reimburse your shipping costs.

 

When returning the item, please describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

If you wish to lodge a complaint with a public body about a product or service purchased from us, such a complaint can be filed with the Competition and Consumer Agency's Center for Complaints, Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby. You can complain to the Center for Complaints Solution via www.forbrug.dk.

 

The EU Commission's online complaint portal can also be used when filing a complaint. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer domiciled in another EU country. Complaint is filed here - http://ec.europa.eu/odr. When filing a complaint, please provide our email address admin@panikpanik.com

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item, or when you receive the last item in the case of an agreement on several different items ordered in a single order and delivered individually.

 

You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given by email: kontakt@panikpanik.com/mobil: 50406374 or by using the standard cancellation form, which you will find at the bottom of these terms and conditions. In your communication, please make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

 

You cannot regret simply by refusing to receive the item without giving us clear notice at the same time.

 

Return:

 

You must return your order to us without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel your purchase. You must bear the direct costs associated with returning the item. If you exchange your goods, we pay the return shipping. You bear the risk of the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

 

You have the right to unpack the product and also check if the fit and size is correct, there is no damage in this and if you want to return you receive the full amount back. If there is a visible self-inflicted damage to the product, you are liable for impairment of the product (Damage to the packaging of the product will never affect the value). We will then evaluate the new sales value of the product and you will be refunded the value we believe the product now has.

 

If you cancel your purchase, you will be refunded the amount you paid us. In the event of any impairment for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted.

 

If you use your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the date we received notice of your decision to cancel this Agreement. We will make such a refund with the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise.

 

We can withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you have provided documentation before returning it.

All our prices in the webshop are inclusive of VAT. All prices are daily prices and we reserve the right to change prices. We also reserve the right to change the terms and conditions applicable to panikpanik.com.

The personal data is registered with PANIKPANIK by Nicolai Appel and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted. Your information is not disclosed or sold to third parties.

As registered with PANIKPANIK, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is recorded about you. You have these rights under the Personal Data Act and in connection with this, please contact: admin@panikpanik.com

If you would like to complain about your purchase, please contact customer service at kontakt@panikpanik.com. If we are unable to find a solution, you can file a complaint with relevant boards in the area if the conditions are met.
